Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your 14-day free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing — that is the whole point of the trial: try the done-for-you co-pilot risk-free.

After the trial

If you do not cancel, the plan converts to $49.99 per month and renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

We do not generally prorate or refund partial months once a month has started, because you keep full access through the end of the period you paid for.

That said, we want this to be fair. We will promptly refund any duplicate or clearly erroneous charge, and we will consider a good-faith refund for a renewal you did not intend if you contact us within 7 days of that charge. Just email us and we will make it right.

How to cancel

Open the billing portal from your dashboard ("Manage billing") to cancel or update your card yourself, or email hello@itsvoco.com and we will help. Cancelling stops future reminders and keeps your free roadmap.
