Terms of Service

1. What the service is

Waimd turns your FMCSA new-entrant obligations into a dated 18-month roadmap and, on a paid plan, prepares draft compliance documents and sends you proactive deadline reminders.

This is decision-support, not legal advice, and we are not your attorney, consultant, or compliance officer. You are solely responsible for verifying every requirement against the current FMCSA rules and for reviewing, completing, signing, and filing your own records. We do not file anything with FMCSA on your behalf.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. Sign-in is passwordless: we email a one-time link to the address you provide, so keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.

3. Free roadmap and paid co-pilot

The roadmap calendar is free to view. The paid co-pilot adds the done-for-you features: prepared documents (such as a pre-filled MCS-150, a Driver Qualification File checklist, DVIR logs, and a safety-audit binder index) and proactive email reminders tied to your deadlines.

4. Subscription, free trial, and billing

The paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a recurring subscription of $49.99 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize Voco Technologies, Inc. to charge your payment method on each renewal. Applicable taxes may be added. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (Manage billing) or by emailing us. Cancelling during the free trial costs nothing. After conversion, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month and your access continues until then. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate carrier information and use the service only for your own compliance.
• Do not resell, sublicense, scrape, or build a competing product from the service or its content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property and your data

Voco Technologies, Inc. owns the software, design, and generated templates. You own the carrier data you enter, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (for example, to generate your roadmap, prepare your documents, and send your reminders).

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the roadmap, dates, or prepared documents are complete, current, or sufficient for your specific situation. Regulations change and edge cases vary by state and operation type.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voco Technologies, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost authority, fines, or penalties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voco Technologies, Inc. and its officers and directors from claims arising out of your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Voco Technologies, Inc. is a Delaware corporation.
